Job summary

Region Ten Community Services Board seeks a Case Manager for the SUD Project Link in Charlottesville. This full-time, non-exempt position provides case management, psycho-education, and rehabilitative services to adult women with co-occurring disorders, guided by trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.

The role includes monthly client meetings, linkage to therapy, coordination with partner agencies, and crisis intervention as needed, with supervision from the Program Manager II and Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field; licensure option may vary.
• One year of experience with substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, case management, and referrals to resources and housing assistance.
• Meet with clients monthly to review service plans.
• Coordinate linkage to individual and group therapies and aftercare.
• Maintain records and collaborate with partner agencies.
