As a Case Manager for Project Link, you will provide case management services to women experiencing substance use and co‑occurring disorders, along with their children from birth through age seven who may be at risk for emotional or behavioral challenges.
Using a person‑centered, trauma‑informed, and holistic approach, you will help families build stability, improve wellness, and access services that support long‑term success.
Must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test, and employment reference checks.
