Job summary

CODA, Inc. is seeking a clinician to provide medically necessary services to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment aligned with ASAM criteria and agency protocols.

Responsibilities include conducting intakes, developing collaborative treatment plans, and delivering trauma-informed care in individual and group settings, with emphasis on engagement of family and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or Master’s in a related field with clinical focus.
• CADC certification or status within 30 days of hire; CADC I within 12 months.
• Valid BLS and CPI or equivalent certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substance use treatment intakes and assessments per ASAM criteria.
• Develop collaborative, strength-based treatment plans.
• Provide trauma-informed individual services; include family as appropriate.
• Lead group sessions using agency-approved curricula.
• Document accurately in EMR, aligning with payor regulations.
