ZOE International in Chicago is seeking a Social Worker responsible for delivering individualized, trauma-informed services to residents. This role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have experience in case management and working with children and families. Spanish fluency is preferred. The position promotes a supportive environment, addressing the comprehensive needs of individuals.

Formación

• Master's Degree from an accredited school in social work, counseling, or related fields.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Completion of three semester units or 100 days of field practice.

Responsabilidades

• Completes Needs and Service Plans monthly.
• Conducts Intake Assessments for STRTP admissions.
• Coordinates Child and Family Team meetings.
