Job summary

Erie Neighborhood House in Chicago seeks a Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed behavioral health services to individuals and families, with a focus on immigrant and underserved communities. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, assessments, case management, and psychoeducation while collaborating with internal programs and community partners.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid Illinois driver’s license; travel

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• 2+ years of professional clinical experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Illinois driver's license and ability to travel between Erie locations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy, assessments, and case management.
• Maintain an active caseload (up to 20) of individual, family, and group clients.
• Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support clients' needs.
• Ensure timely, confidential clinical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Lead or support trauma-informed consultations, workshops, and staff trainings.
