Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a Licensed School-based Counselor/Social Worker to deliver case management and mental health support in a school setting and in students' homes. Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work required.
• LPC, LSW or LCSW licensure preferred.
• SSP licensure or pursuing is considered.
• Experience in Special Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and mental health support at school and in the homes of at-risk students.
• Offer trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions (group, individual, family).
• Consult school personnel and liaison with community agencies; train programs.
