Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals impacted by violence, trauma, or the criminal justice system.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Ability to establish and sustain trusting relationships with individuals involved with violence.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-risk individuals in the community using street-level presence.
• Provide Psychological First Aid to participants following violent incidents.
• Coordinate trauma response in the aftermath of shootings or violent incidents.
