Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals impacted by violence, trauma, or the criminal justice system.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Ability to establish and sustain trusting relationships with individuals involved with violence.
Responsibilities
Engage high-risk individuals in the community using street-level presence.
Provide Psychological First Aid to participants following violent incidents.
Coordinate trauma response in the aftermath of shootings or violent incidents.
