Job summary

HousingPlus is hiring a Part-Time Social Worker to provide and coordinate clinical and supportive services to women in HousingPlus Permanent Supportive Housing Programs. The Social Worker will deliver psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, service coordination, and clinical guidance to case management staff.

Requirements include LMSW/LMHC or equivalent, minimum 2 years’ experience with populations facing mental illness, trauma, homelessness or related challenges, and the

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SMI, SUD, homelessness, reentry, or related challenges.
• Strong clinical, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of clients requiring higher levels of service.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist with intakes/assessments.
• Provide individual counseling and clinical support.
• Provide emergency and crisis intervention.
• Connect tenants with mental health and community services.
• Support case management with trauma‑informed care training.
• Conduct case conferences and assist with crisis resolution.
• Develop and facilitate group sessions and special projects.
• Participate in individualized service plan development.
• Coordinate services between tenants and providers.
• May conduct home visits as needed.
• Attend program and staff trainings.
