Job summary

HousingPlus is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker to provide and coordinate clinical and supportive services to women in Permanent Supportive Housing. The role includes psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, service coordination, and occasional home visits for tenants with complex needs such as trauma, PTSD, depression, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of LMSW/LMHC or related master's credential.
• Experience with PTSD, trauma, homelessness, or SUD preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload for tenants needing higher levels of service.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention and link to services.
• Coordinate with community resources and case management staff.
• Offer trauma-informed care and train staff on practices.
• May conduct home visits and participate in meetings.
