Job summary

Bergen Family Center in Englewood, NJ seeks a Social Worker to provide social-emotional support and family-centered services across multiple programs. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, current LSW licensure, and experience related to early learning and school-age populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work is preferred.
• Experience providing social work services, family support, or counseling in education or human services.
• Knowledge of child development, Early Intervention processes, trauma-informed care, and SEL practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered interventions and supportive counseling for children and adolescents.
• Coordinate referrals to Early Intervention, mental health providers, and community resources.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop coordinated service plans.
• Ensure licensing, agency, and documentation compliance.
