Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience in social services or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Arizona driver’s license required by hire date and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a field related to children and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and gather information for assistance programs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and strengths.
• Determine eligibility for social services programs.
• Develop individualized case plans with goals and strategies.
• Provide referrals and information about other services.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and communities.
• Prepare records and reports and maintain case documentation.
