Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of shelter/trauma-informed experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community living practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed client support and maintain shelter standards.
• Assist with intake, room prep, inspections, and supplies.
• Document client interactions and incidents accurately.
• Support shift coverage across locations and collaboration with leadership.
• Respond to helpline and on-call as assigned.
