Job summary

Do Good Multnomah in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the 120-bed Bridge Shelter. You will supervise staff, implement trauma-informed engagement, and coordinate with partners to sustain services that lead participants toward housing goals.

You will manage documentation, safety, and program operations while ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and funder requirements. This role opens fall 2026 with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience working with houseless or at-risk populations.
• Experience supervising or managing staff.
• Ability to implement trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with community partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, implement, and refine program policies to meet Do Good Multnomah standards.
• Work with partners and City to maintain referral and intake processes.
• Ensure program outcomes align with funder expectations and participant dignity.
• Build relationships with community partners to support long-term program sustainability.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and evaluation to program staff.
