Job summary

A New Leaf, Faith House Emergency Shelter in Glendale, AZ, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day shelter operations and ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered services. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and support program quality with the Program Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in human services, and a commitment to safe, respectful shelter environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Psychology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to shelter staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules for shelter operations.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and trauma-informed service delivery.
• Maintain participant records and program documentation.
• Assist Program Manager with QA and continuous improvement.
