Job summary

Communities In Schools of Southeast Harris County and Brazoria County is seeking a CIS Site Coordinator to manage daily program operations at the school site. You will work closely with principals, staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure CIS services are delivered in a trauma-informed manner.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, interviewing participants, maintaining records, and coordinating volunteers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a work setting with students and families.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups including school staff, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for identified students during the school day and possibly before/after school.
• Interview students and guardians to assess needs and gather information.
• Maintain student records and prepare reports on service delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff and volunteers to implement CIS program activities.
• Refer students to community resources and track follow-up on services.
