Job summary

Communities In Schools of Southeast Harris and Brazoria County is seeking a CIS Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations at the school site and coordinate services for students. • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a school/community setting.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for identified students during the school day and possibly before and after school.
• Interviews students and/or parents/guardians to determine needs and barriers.
• Maintains student records, compiles reports, and submits required documentation on time.
• Collaborate with principals, faculty, students, families, community partners to deliver CIS services.

Education
