Family Resources, Inc. seeks a dependable Co-Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our residential shelter program in Clearwater, FL, during non-traditional hours.

This leadership role shares supervision and ensures quality services, staff support, facility readiness, and regulatory compliance for agency, funder, licensing, and food program requirements. The role supports Youth Development Specialists, coordinates staff coverage, assists with onboarding and training, and monitors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; two years of youth-related experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience working with youth and experience in a residential setting required.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced residential environment.
• Validity of Florida Driver’s License, auto insurance, and clean driving history required.
• Must pass a Level II background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 24/7 shelter program with minimal overlap with supervisory partner.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Youth Development Specialists.
• Support client engagement and residential activities.
• Coordinate staff coverage and assist with onboarding and training.
• Monitor program performance and ensure safety, compliance, and readiness for inspections and emergencies.
