Job summary

CHN's Management Memorial in Tampa, FL is seeking an Overnight Campus Supervisor to oversee after-hours operations and ensure safety and supportive supervision for youth in therapeutic residential programs. You will lead staff, maintain staff-to-youth ratios, model professional behavior, apply CPI and PBIS, and coordinate incident reporting, trainings, and documentation across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years working with children (or 4 years with 2 years college).
• Must pass background checks and hold valid FL driver’s license.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight campus operations to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Maintain staff-to-youth ratios.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Lead crisis intervention and participate in CPI training.
• Ensure adherence to PBIS, trauma-informed care, and safety standards.
• Complete required reports and HR tasks, including timecards and schedules.
