CHRHealth dba Community Health Resources, Inc. CHR seeks a Program Director for a community-based group home serving six adolescent boys (ages 13–18) with trauma histories.

The role provides leadership, oversees services, directs crisis response, and ensures timely documentation and compliance with standards. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and program performance, collaborate across teams, participate in committees, and contribute to quality improvement and marketing of the program.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in mental health related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for education in some programs.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with identified population.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: none

Aufgaben

• Provides direction and leadership within the Team.
• Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
• Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
• Facilitates team meetings.
• Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency.
• Ensures client, program and agency documentation is completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards.
• Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up coverage as needed by program and agency.
