Ground Up Ministries is seeking compassionate Residential Care Coaches to join our faith-based residential program serving adolescent girls who have experienced human trafficking. Roles are part-time or full-time, with on-site duties, supervision, and hands-on engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background screening and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to complete training in human trafficking, child safety, and trauma-responsive care.
• Preferred: experience with adolescents in residential care or related settings.

• Provide direct supervision, daily support, guidance, and structure.
• Maintain boundaries and stay calm in challenging situations.
• Contribute to a safe, consistent home environment through hands-on engagement and documentation.
