Ground Up Ministries is seeking compassionate Residential Care Coaches to join our faith-based residential program serving adolescent girls who have experienced human trafficking. Roles are part-time or full-time, with on-site duties, supervision, and hands-on engagement.

You will help provide a safe, structured home environment, maintain professional boundaries, document activities, and support young people in developing life skills for a healthy, independent future. Equal opportunity employer.

Ground Up Ministries is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Residential Care Coaches (Part-time & Full-time) to join our faith-based residential program providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for adolescent girls who have experienced human trafficking. Grounded in dignity, consistency, healthy relationships, accountability, and trauma-responsive care, Ground Up Ministries believes young people deserve opportunities to develop their strengths, build practical life skills, and prepare for a healthy and independent future. In this active residential role, Care Coaches provide direct supervision, daily support, guidance, and structure while maintaining appropriate boundaries, remaining calm in challenging situations, and contributing to a safe, consistent home environment through hands-on engagement, household responsibilities, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass all background screening required for the position. Strong interpersonal communication and sound judgment. Dependability, emotional maturity, and professional boundaries. Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays when scheduled. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow written procedures. Willingness to complete required human trafficking, child safety, and trauma-responsive care training. Preferred: Experience working with adolescents in residential care, foster care, behavioral health, education, social services, or a related setting. Experience supporting individuals affected by trauma. Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation. Experience teaching practical life skills.
