KVC Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Regulation Coach in Columbia, MO to support students with self-regulation and emotional growth. You will manage the Regulation Room, implementing personalized plans to help children calm, focus, and cope in educational and residential settings.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed approaches, classroom collaboration, and safety. Education options include 60 college hours or a paraprofessional/substitute certificate, with benefits supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification.
• Hold a MO class E driver's license and meet driver insurance requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Regulation Room to help clients achieve calm and focus.
• Implement individualized regulation plans for stress and emotion management.
• Support students in classroom and residential settings to reinforce regulation.
• Collaborate with staff to de-escalate challenging behaviors and ensure safety.
