Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a full-time Support Worker to join the Refugee Supported Accommodation service in Abbeydale, Gloucester. You will provide dedicated, trauma-informed support to residents and help them build independent living skills.

You'll document usably, collaborate with the team, and safeguard residents from harm while maintaining compassionate, professional conduct in a busy, frontline charity role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering dedicated support to clients granted leave to remain.
• Ability to apply trauma-informed approaches to empower residents.

• Reinforce positive support standards for new residents.
• Document notes accurately on our system for effective handovers.
• Safeguard residents from harm or abuse.
• Support residents in developing independent living skills.
