Job summary

CVTC in Alaska is seeking a compassionate Recovery Services Case Manager to support individuals on their path to lasting recovery and community wellness. You will coordinate referrals, transportation, home visits, and recovery support services, partnering with local organizations.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, strengths-based support and collaboration with diverse families, with documentation for grant reporting. Alaska driver’s license is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in case management, behavioral health, social services, recovery support, or related experience; supervision experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalents accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, transportation, home visits, and recovery support services in collaboration with community partners.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and support grant reporting, compliance, and program improvement.
• Contribute to program development, outreach, and community education.
