Job summary

ECS is seeking a Case Manager in San Francisco, CA to engage with residents experiencing homelessness and other challenges. This full-time position requires in-person support and the development of individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma + 4 years’ experience or AA/BA/BS degree with less experience.
• Knowledge of community resources for underserved populations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to crises.
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable, offering a 5% premium if bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments for residents.
• Engage with residents to develop personalized service plans.
• Provide referrals to community resources.
• Advocate with property management to avoid evictions.
• Maintain documentation for services provided.
