Job summary

Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut (CHDI) seeks a Project Coordinator to advance SAMHSA’s Project BRIDGE. You will support literature reviews, data collection, and development of trainings for the children’s behavioral health workforce across the U.S.

with CHDI staff and national experts. You’ll coordinate trainings, manage CEUs, and help produce reports while ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, public health, public policy, social work, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience delivering evidence-based practices and trauma treatment to children preferred; strong writing skills.
• Knowledge of the children’s behavioral health system and partnership development are assets.
• Experience coordinating projects, collecting data, and supporting training development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review literature to identify best practices for child behavioral health.
• Collect data via surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Develop synchronous and asynchronous trainings for the workforce in partnership with experts.
• Create practice manuals and implementation resources.
• Coordinate trainings, registrations, CEUs, and surveys.
• Produce high-quality data reports and improve processes.
