Job summary

The Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee core activities of Project BRIDGE in Farmington, CT. The role focuses on coordinating data collection, trainings, and reporting to meet grant deliverables and ensure stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, public health, public policy, social work, education, child development, or a related field.
• Experience delivering trauma-focused practices to children is preferred.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills; ability to translate research/data into accessible materials.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently reviewing, synthesizing, and translating research to inform project activities.
• Designing and coordinating data collection through surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Leading development of synchronous and asynchronous trainings for the children’s behavioral health workforce.
• Developing materials to support implementation (e.g., manuals, resources).
• Building collaborative relationships with national/state experts, families, and stakeholders.
