Job summary

Chief Seattle Club is seeking a Program Manager in Seattle, WA to lead a portfolio of supportive housing projects, including Goldfinch Elders’ Housing. The role requires guiding staff and residents in a low-barrier, trauma-informed environment aligned with Native culture.

This full-time position reports to the Supportive Housing Director and oversees program operations, safety, and compliance across multiple sites, ensuring services are available year-round with careful financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in social services or homelessness programs.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and program coordination in a low-barrier, harm-reduction model.
• Coordinate emergency services and maintenance responses.
• Supervise program staff and schedule coverage 365 days.
• Maintain confidential occupant information and records.
• Promote cultural Native values within the workplace.
