Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead clinical services across Colorado programs, providing strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for trauma-informed, evidence-based care.

The role partners with staff and external stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission. The successful candidate will oversee budgets, billing, and compliance, with possible statewide duties in Colorado, including supervision of clinical teams and program

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and active Colorado licensure in good standing (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
  • 5–7 years clinical leadership/supervision experience.
  • 3–5 years in youth services or program development.
  • At least 1 year in management and supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with database systems and billing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for clinical services across Colorado programs.
  • Oversee clinical operations, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Supervise clinical staff and direct service professionals; guide program development.
  • Manage budgets, billing, and financial performance to sustain service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance mission; may include statewide duties.
