Job summary

Bright Path Behavioral Health in Walpole, MA is seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to provide individual and group therapy at the PHP/IOP level within a structured clinical setting.

The role requires a Master's degree, MA licensure eligibility, 1–2 years of experience, trauma-informed care, and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. On-site work with a supportive Resilience Behavioral Health network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC-track).
• 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with PHP/IOP levels of care.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and PTSD care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes, plans, and discharge summaries on time.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and risk evaluations.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk management.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, case managers, and staff.
