Job summary

Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join its behavioral health team. You will provide short-term rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary setting, using CBT and DBT approaches in group and individual formats.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, CME-supported professional development, and eligibility for credentialing with Medicare/Medicaid. Monday–Friday, day shifts, with an integrated EHR and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice independently in WA (PhD/PsyD, LICSW, LMFT or LMHC).
• Provide short-term stabilization within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with CBT/DBT and trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term rapid stabilization within a multidisciplinary team.

• Work in a setting focusing on Depression and Anxiety in adults.
