Preferred Behavioral Health Group in New Jersey seeks a Prevention Consultant Supervisor for the Monmouth HUB. You will supervise a team of prevention consultants, coordinate trainings with schools and community partners, and help shape program delivery to youth and families.

Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, quality improvement, and collaboration with school boards, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to implement evidence-based prevention curricula.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, administration, social work, psychology, or education.
• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Valid NJ driver’s license, safe driving record and vehicle availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Prevention Consultants and manage daily activities.
• Assist in program data collection, reporting, QA processes, and evaluation.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies for HUB vicinage schools.
• Attend events and meetings for NJ4S-related prevention and community services.
• Plan and implement programs to schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers and community centers.
• Serve as a customer service role model for positive interactions with participants.
• Implement evidence-based prevention services with fidelity.
• Coordinate with program collaborators on best practices for HUB participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
