Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a direct-hire placement with a Colorado Springs, CO client. The role delivers evidence-based ABA therapy across center, home, and community settings, using a trauma-informed, family-centered approach.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the clinical team, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and training families to support daily routines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB supervision standards.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience with children/young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and report-writing skills (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to develop and implement individualized skills.
• Engage families with compassion, provide parent training for daily routines.
• Promote autonomy and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Safely implement Safety‑Care physical management procedures as needed.
