Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach across in-center, in-home, and community settings.

Therapy runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with evenings and weekends free. The role emphasizes wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Meets BACB supervision standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges.
• Experience with children/young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality care.
• Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Engage families with compassion, provide parent training for use in daily routines.
• Promote autonomy, safety, and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Implement all Safety-Care physical management procedures safely when needed.
