Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a direct hire placement with a client in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy across in-center, in-home, and community settings, using a trauma-informed approach to promote child-focused, ethical care.

Responsibilities include developing assessments, treatment plans, and parent training; collaborating with the clinical team; and upholding Safety-Care procedures.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Meets BCBA supervision standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Engage families with compassion and provide parent training.
• Collaborate with clinical team to monitor progress and adjust goals.
• Ensure Safety-Care procedures are followed when needed.
