Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to provide direct care and supervision for youth residents in a residential setting in Rhode Island. You will develop individualized plans with a collaborative team and maintain accurate records of progress and behavior.

You will conduct shift-based checks, transport clients, supervise visits, and complete intake and orientation tasks, all while upholding CSI''s trauma-informed, growth-focused approach and safety protocols.

Competenze

High School Diploma plus 4 years experience in social service or criminal justice field.
Bachelor's degree plus one year experience preferred; education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.

Mansioni

Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident with team input.
Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
Conduct routine checks (employment, home confinement, area searches) and document results.
Transport clients as needed in a company vehicle.
Supervise client visits and complete intake/orientation processes.
