Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Eugene, Oregon, is hiring a Milieu Supervisor for its new 14-bed Youth Psychiatric Residential Treatment facility opening this summer. This full-time day role supports trauma-informed milieu leadership and coordinates daily treatment operations for the assigned unit.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years in a related field, and one year of supervisory experience; valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related industry.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed milieu leadership and mentorship.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and interventions.
• Develop and implement safe, welcoming admissions milieu.
• Plan and schedule daily trauma-informed treatment services.
• Monitor delivery of services and family involvement.
• Coach, train and mentor staff; manage staff schedules and timecards.
• Ensure shift documentation is completed and on time.
• Provide direct floor coverage as needed.
