Nexus Family Healing in Eugene, Oregon, opens a new 14-bed Youth PRTF and seeks a Milieu Supervisor to lead trauma-informed treatment operations. The role emphasizes effective communication, unit planning, and daily supervision of staff and residents.

The position is full-time, overnight (10:00pm–8:30am), with a starting salary of $65,000–$68,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits support staff and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license per state requirements.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and communities.
• Must complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention exam/training.
• Must pass DHS criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop program procedures for safe, efficient treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team on client treatment plans.
• Identify risks and generate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safe admissions and trauma-informed environment for youth and family.
• Plan and schedule daily trauma-informed treatment services.
• Monitor treatment delivery for proper follow-through and family inclusion.
• Track youth needs and coordinate meetings with families and courts.
