Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Fargo, ND seeks a Milieu Supervisor to lead trauma-informed milieu operations and mentor staff within the treatment program.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervision, coaching, intake oversight, and ensuring a calm, therapeutic environment for youth and families. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and adherence to evidence-based guidance plans.

The position is full-time, onsite at Luther Hall, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of team lead/supervisory experience
• Experience with trauma-exposed youth preferred
• Ability to build diverse relationships and adapt to cultural needs
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Prepares staff schedules to ensure adequate staff and client ratios
• Ensures staff perform duties in a calm, therapeutic, trauma-informed manner
• Mentors staff and provides on-the-job coaching
• Coordinates shift coverage and client/staff documentation
• Ensures new admissions enter a safe environment
• Participates in staff interviews and hiring
• Maintains confidentiality of clients and families
• Ensures policy compliance and ongoing training
