Job summary

WellPower in Denver operates a 24/7 crisis and behavioral health clinic seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). The role provides diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy, with treatment planning and coordinated care across services to support community recovery and well-being.

Licensed professionals must hold or obtain Colorado licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) within 24 months; multiple shift options at a 24/7 operation are available, including day, evening, overnight and weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field.
• Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
• Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
• Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
