PrairieCare Healthcare seeks a coverage therapist to provide group, family, and individual therapy across age groups in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive setting. Roles include coordinating care, contributing to case conferences, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure in Minnesota as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.
• Clinical mental health experience with diverse ages and presentations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary mental health setting and participate in team rounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide process group, family, and individual therapy for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care with external providers at admission and discharge.
• Maintain clinical records per PrairieCare policies and regulatory standards.
• Attend trainings, supervision, and staff meetings; participate in case conferences.
