PrairieCare in Minnesota is seeking an experienced licensed mental health therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide individual, family and group psychotherapy, collaborating with clinicians to deliver holistic care to patients and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
Team Collaboration: Engage actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, partnering with patients and their guardians to create a supportive environment.
Therapeutic Assessment and Planning: Assess, plan, and implement tailored psychotherapeutic services for a diverse range of patients, including children and adolescents, facing mental health challenges.
Diverse Therapy Services: Offer a comprehensive suite of therapy services, including individual and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitating process groups that foster growth and healing.
Empowerment and Growth: Strive to enhance the functioning of patients and their families, equipping them for the next chapter in their mental health journey.
Person-centered Care: Be oriented and educated in providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to all patients.
Pay range for the Independently licensed position is $80,000 to $102,000 annually. Associate/ Pre-licensed level therapist will be adjusted , depending on licensure, and experience.
