Qualifications

• Master's degree and Minnesota licensure required.
• Experience in clinical mental health settings preferred.
• PRN shifts with a minimum of 4 per month.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide process group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other therapists and care providers across teams and sites.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with PrairieCare policies and HIPAA rules.
• Participate in case conferences, supervision, and staff meetings.
• Prepare accurate billing records and support regulatory requirements.
