Job summary

CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support behavioral health services, assist psychiatrists, patients, and care management staff. You will help with triage, vital signs, and EHR documentation while ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

The role requires multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to learn complex information rapidly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of a Psychiatric Assistant and Nurse Aide training program
• Nursing students or students in Human Services may apply
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification on hire

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medication triage and support services.
• Take vital signs and assist with front office tasks (reception, registration, insurance/copay).
• Handle back-office tasks like refills, injections, and accurate EHR documentation.
