National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Mental Health Professional to deliver evidence-based mental health services in Manassas, VA. You will lead crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic interventions while developing individualized treatment plans to help families and children thrive.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with school and social services, and documenting progress per Medicaid and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year working with the identified population.
• Licensure/Certification: QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C, or provisional/full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
