Job summary

National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Mental Health Professional in Annandale, VA to deliver crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services across client families and individuals. You will develop treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with school personnel and social services.

The role requires QMHP certification or equivalent licensure, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
• Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Perform crisis intervention and case management.
• Develop and maintain individualized service plans with input from the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams and external stakeholders as needed.
