Job summary

National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner in Annandale, VA, seeks a Mental Health Professional to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. You will lead crisis intervention, case management, skill-building, and therapeutic interventions while developing individualized treatment plans to help clients build resilience and reach goals.

Your role includes case planning, trauma-informed counseling, and collaboration with schools, social services, and care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience with the identified population.
• Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure).
