Job summary

Family Solutions is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide outpatient mental health services in Chicago, IL. This full-time, on-site role focuses on person-centered, trauma-informed care in community-based settings.

Responsibilities include comprehensive clinical evaluations, individualized treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with families, schools, and other providers to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Ideal candidate is a mental health clinician, therapist, social worker, or behavioral health professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered, trauma-informed clinical evaluations.
• Gather clinical and historical information to assess needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with client input.
• Deliver outpatient therapy and counseling services.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management.
• Use evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.
• Ensure timely, safe, responsive care.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and providers.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Support professional development and quality improvement.
• Meet productivity: average 28 billable hours per week.
