Job summary

Rincon Family Services in Chicago is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional/Clinician for Crisis Response. The QMHP will deliver trauma-informed crisis services within a multidisciplinary team, conduct integrated assessments, and develop treatment plans to move clients toward stabilization and recovery.

This role requires responsiveness to crises, collaboration with hospitals and community partners, and engagement in outreach to raise awareness of the agency’s services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1000+ hours of supervised clinical experience.
• IM+CANS preferred certification.
• Experience providing crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments and develop integrated treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and linkage to services.
• Coordinate with hospitals, law enforcement, EMS, and mobile crisis teams as needed.
• Engage in community outreach and strengthen partnerships with partner agencies.
