National Counseling Group (NCG) is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide case management, trauma-informed counseling, and individual/family therapy across Home-Based and Community services in Virginia. You will deliver crisis intervention, develop individualized service plans, and coordinate with schools, social services, and juvenile justice representatives.

The role requires QMHP licensure (A/C) or equivalent and offers a variable rate non-exempt schedule with opportunities to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
• Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision where applicable.
• Case management and documentation tasks per licensing standards.
• Crisis intervention and service planning with IEP/FAPT coordination.
